Independent provider decisions
If an external provider is introduced, its identity and terms must be disclosed before you proceed. Its assessment may include age, income, occupation, repayment capacity, credit history, identity verification, and other lawful factors. No Rupee Wale page or representative guarantees approval.
Fraud awareness
Never share an OTP, PIN, UPI PIN, card CVV, or banking password with a caller. Rupee Wale will not request advance payment to guarantee a loan. Report suspicious impersonation through our grievance channel and the appropriate government cybercrime channel.
