Complaints involving an external provider

If your complaint concerns an offer, KYC, sanction, repayment, recovery, credit reporting, or another provider-controlled activity, use the grievance route published by the provider identified in your offer or agreement. Rupee Wale support can help route the complaint when applicable.

04

Regulatory escalation

If an identified provider is covered by an applicable financial ombudsman or complaint framework, first complain directly to that provider. If the provider does not respond within the applicable period or you are dissatisfied, review the eligibility rules for the relevant official complaint mechanism.

05

Cyber fraud or suspicious activity

For suspected financial cyber fraud, promptly contact the national cybercrime helpline at 1930 and use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal. Also notify us so we can investigate impersonation or misuse of the Rupee Wale name.
