01

No payment to submit an enquiry

Rupee Wale does not currently charge users to verify a mobile number or submit an enquiry. Because no application fee is collected through Rupee Wale, there is ordinarily no Rupee Wale payment to refund.

02

Cancelling an enquiry

You may ask us to stop processing an enquiry by emailing support@rupeewale.com with your verified mobile number and reference ID. We will stop future contact and processing where reasonably possible, subject to actions already completed and lawful record-retention needs.

03

Provider charges

If an identified provider offers a loan, any processing fee, stamp duty, insurance charge, cancellation treatment, or cooling-off right is governed by its Key Fact Statement and agreement. Contact that provider directly for a refund or cancellation relating to its product.

04

Unauthorised payment requests

Do not pay a person claiming that a Rupee Wale fee is required to guarantee approval or release funds. Report such a request through our grievance channel and, where appropriate, the national cybercrime helpline at 1930.
