01

Platform safeguards

Rupee Wale uses mobile verification, restricted administrator access, secure session cookies, input validation, purpose-limited database access, and operational controls intended to reduce unauthorised access or misuse.

02

What we will never ask for

We will never ask for your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card CVV, internet-banking password, or an OTP used to authorise a bank payment. The OTP on this website is only for verifying your Rupee Wale enquiry.

03

Recognise impersonation

Be cautious of anyone promising guaranteed approval, asking for an advance payment to release a loan, insisting on screen-sharing, sending unknown app files, or contacting you from an unverified identity.

04

Report a concern

Email security@rupeewale.com with the suspected phone number, message, link, and screenshots. For an ongoing financial cybercrime, contact 1930 promptly and file a report through the government cybercrime portal.

05

Responsible disclosure

Security researchers should report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@rupeewale.com and allow reasonable time for investigation before public disclosure. Do not access, alter, or retain another person’s data.
