About Rupee Wale

Rupee Wale provides a digital journey through which users submit mobile-verified loan enquiries. Submitting an enquiry is not a loan agreement, approval, or offer.

02

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract in India, and submit information that is complete, accurate, and your own. You must not impersonate another person or submit a mobile number without authority.

  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
  • Keep OTPs and communications confidential.
  • Promptly correct information that is inaccurate.
03

No promise of approval

Submitting an enquiry does not create a loan agreement and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, a particular interest rate, disbursal, or turnaround time. Any external provider applies its own lawful credit, KYC, risk, and underwriting policies.

04

Provider terms and Key Fact Statement

Before accepting any loan, review the identified provider’s Key Fact Statement, including the annual percentage rate, fees, repayment schedule, cooling-off period, recovery mechanism, and grievance contacts. Any final agreement is directly between you and the provider identified in those documents.

05

Fees and payments

Rupee Wale does not charge a user a fee merely to submit this enquiry. Do not pay anyone claiming that payment to Rupee Wale guarantees approval. Any fees related to an offered product must be disclosed by the identified provider before acceptance.

06

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with platform security, automate abusive submissions, upload malicious material, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for fraud, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law.

07

Availability and provider decisions

We aim to keep the Rupee Wale journey reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Any external provider independently determines eligibility, approval, pricing, terms, and disbursal.

08

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. Indian law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to courts having jurisdiction over the platform operator’s registered office, once those details are published before launch.
